Amb. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-khulaifi

Amb. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-khulaifi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Germany was accredited as the ambassador to Germany on the 11th of November 2009 and he is also the non-resident Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Lithuania.

Amb. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-khulaifi graduated in 1980 with BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan, USA. In the same year, Amb. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-khulaifi was the III Secretary in Qatar’s Foreign Ministry. The period between 1980-1986 Amb. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-khulaifi was employed in Qatar’s embassy in Paris. Three years later, Amb. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-khulaifi was a member of Qatar’s permanent delegation to the UN in New York until 1991.The years from 1993 to 1995, Amb. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-khulaifi was Qatar’s Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China; and the next post afterward until 2000 he was Qatar’s Ambassador to France, since 1998 joint accreditation for Greece. The period between 2000-2009 Amb. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-khulaifi was the Director General of the Dept. for Asian and African Affairs in Qatar’s Foreign Ministry and on 4th of June 2009 he was promoted to Ambassador.

Amb. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-khulaifi speaks three languages: Arabic, English, French.
