350 Young PPP Americans in Berlin at the end of their exchange year

On 19 May the US Embassy in Berlin organized its annual Berlin Day and welcomed 350 Americans who participated in the Parliamentary Sponsorship Program (PPP).
The participants spent one year in Germany working in exchange families, went to school and completed internships. They were welcomed by the Bundestag deputy Bernhard Schulte-Drüggelte.
The participants were informed by employees of the US Embassy about career chances in the American diplomatic service. Prior to the visit to the US Embassy, the participants were invited to the Bundestag, where they took advantage of the opportunity to speak to the Bundestag President Norbert Lammert and other Bundestag members.
What a nice way to complete a year of the Parliamentary Sponsorship Program!
