On October 25th, the Maria Reich Hall at the Embassy of Peru in Berlin will host an event organized by Noqanchi's Concentration e.V., under the patronage and financial support of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The gathering, which will take place at 17:00, aims to promote discussions on responsible consumption, sustainability, and respect for cultural practices, particularly in the context of the Andean region.

This special event will bring together experts in Andean philosophy and alpaca breeding, providing attendees with valuable insights into the sustainable use of natural resources in the Andean highlands. Through an interdisciplinary approach, the speakers will explore how traditional cultural practices can offer solutions to contemporary issues such as climate change and fair trade.

In addition to the expert talks, the event will feature a video projection and a photo exhibition that showcase the intricate process of alpaca breeding and textile production. An exhibition of alpaca textiles will also be on display, demonstrating the deep connection between cultural heritage and sustainable, fair-trade business practices.
