One World - One Family Festival Debuts in Vienna to Champion Intercultural Dialogue

The city of Vienna is set to become an international stage for global solidarity and public diplomacy with the launch of the inaugural One World One Family Festival, taking place from June 8 to June 12, 2026.
Supported by key institutional actors, the landmark festival is dedicated to fostering intercultural exchange and highlighting humanitarian engagement across nations. The high-profile initiative bridges diverse artistic expressions with civic action, underscoring Vienna's historical role as a neutral diplomatic hub for international civil society.
The official opening ceremony will take place on June 8 at the Wiener Hofburg, featuring the presentation of the Changemaker Awards to distinguished global organizations in education, healthcare, and culture. Evaluated by an elite international jury—including HRH Crown Princess Katherine of Serbia and human rights officials—the evening highlights the strategic intersection of diplomacy and social responsibility. The ceremony will feature performances by India's Sai Symphony Orchestra, composed of underprivileged youth, launching a formal partnership with the Music and Arts Private University of the City of Vienna.
The festival will continue at the Stadtpalais Liechtenstein from June 9 to June 12, hosting dedicated Educational Days for local youth. Students will participate in interactive educational programs alongside international speakers and artists representing countries such as Japan, Serbia, Bulgaria, Argentina, and Tunisia. The intercultural summit will conclude on June 12 with a grand collaborative concert featuring the Vienna Boys' Choir and the Superar Chamber Orchestra, demonstrating how multilateral cultural initiatives can empower future generations and strengthen global community bonds.
