A delegation from the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BiBB) visited the Indonesian Embassy in Berlin. This visit aimed to promote mutual understanding and strengthen cooperation in vocational education and training between Germany and Indonesia.

The visit was part of a series of "Azubi" study tours organized by various ministries and institutions of the Federal Republic of Germany. According to the head of the BiBB delegation, Luca Nikola Jelic, this visit to the Indonesian Embassy in Berlin “complemented their study visit to Berlin”, as the Embassy plays an important role in fostering cooperation with Germany in vocational training.

A meeting was held between the BiBB delegation, Chargé d'Affaires ad interim Fajar Wirawan Harijo, along with the Attaché for Education and Culture, the Coordinator of the Social and Cultural Information Function, the Multilateral and Regional Political Function, the Economic Function and the Protocol and Consular Function.

The meeting featured a brief presentation on Indonesia, followed by a discussion about the current status of Indonesian-German cooperation for the 'Azubi' participants and a question-and-answer session.

This initiative contributes to strengthening ties between Germany and Indonesia, advancing mutual understanding, and promoting joint efforts in fields such as vocational education and training.
