Farewell to Ambassador Enrique Alberto Thayer Hausz
The Panamanian ambassador finished his tour of duty in Germany

The Group of Latin America and the Caribbean (GRULAC) countries in Germany hosted an official farewell dinner to Ambassador Enrique Alberto Thayer Hausz of Panama who completed his tour of duty in Germany.
Enrique Alberto Thayer Hausz has been the Ambassador of Panama to Germany since September 2020.
He was born in Karlsruhe, Germany but moved back to Panama when he was 4 years old. Later, he attained his education in business and electrical and electronic engineering in the USA and returned once more to Germany to represent his country.
Mr. Thayer has participated in various aid projects, such as medical support and water purification projects in rural areas in Panama and has used his expertise to strengthen relations between Germany and Panama.
On the 1st of July 2024, he completed his diplomatic mission in Germany and was given farewell with an official dinner organized by The Group of Latin America and the Caribbean (GRULAC).
The Chargee D'Affaires of Jamaica, Ms Deniese Sealey, attended among others to say goodbye and wish good luck to Ambassador Thayer.
