Edson Cordeiro, one of the most famous Brazilian singers and gay rights activist, will reveal his phenomenal voice to the public once again during his upcoming concert later this month.

Edson Cordeiro is a Brazilian singer with exceptional voice. He is one of the most popular and famous performers and gay icons in Brazil. He has sung all over the Europe and received several Golden CD awards, as well as a Latin Grammy nomination for a pure classical album with countertenor repertoire.

He is a diva who impresses audiences not only with his personality, sequins and glamour, but also with his exceptionally strong voice spanning four octaves. The versatile voice of the Brazilian countertenor singer is phenomenal: each note tells as powerful story as a love letter to charismatic women. Edson Cordeiro is more dramatic than Dalida, crazier than the Latino Queens Lola Flores and La Lupe, and fresher than Adele.

Piano and arrangements are managed by Rolf Hammermüller.

The concert takes place at BKA Theater, Mehringdamm 34, 10961, Berlin-Kreuzberg. He will perform every night from August 17 until August 20, 2016. Tickets cost 19 € for a normal seat, or 23 € by the table.
