On July 1st, 2024, Berlin hosted a grand celebration of Canada Day at the Berliner Berg Beer Garden in Neukölln. The event was organized by Berliner Berg, Deutsch-Kanadische Gesellschaft e.V., and The Poutine Kitchen, and it brought together numerous guests and partners to share in the festivities.
The celebration featured exciting Canadian entertainment, refreshing Bloody Caesar cocktails, and delicious beer courtesy of Berliner Berg. Guests also savoured authentic poutine from The Poutine Kitchen, adding a true Canadian flavour to the event.
A special highlight of the evening was the commemoration of the Royal Canadian Air Force's 100th anniversary, a milestone celebrated with great enthusiasm by all attendees.
The event started at 5:00 PM and went on into the evening. The Berliner Berg Beer Garden was filled with a vibrant atmosphere of joy and camaraderie, making it a memorable occasion that reflected the strong connections and shared happiness between Canadians and their friends in Germany.
