Embassy of the United Arab Emirates Celebrates Arab Culture Day in Berlin
Showcasing Emirati Heritage and Strengthening Cultural Diplomacy
August 08th, 2025In June, the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Berlin proudly took part in Arab Culture Day, celebrating the UAE’s rich cultural heritage alongside fellow Arab nations. The event served as a vibrant platform to highlight traditional Emirati customs, art, and values, fostering meaningful cross-cultural dialogue with the German public.
Held under the patronage of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this year’s Arab Culture Day was organized by the Association of Arab Ambassadors’ Spouses in Berlin and welcomed distinguished guests, including the First Lady of Germany, Mrs. Elke Büdenbender. Representing the UAE, Ambassador Abdalla Al Hamar attended the celebration together with Mr. Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Hanzab, Special Envoy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar.
The UAE Embassy extends its heartfelt appreciation to its Emirati partners, whose active involvement greatly enriched the program and contributed to a dynamic exchange of traditions and stories. Their participation not only celebrated the diversity of Arab identity but also deepened cultural connections with Germany.
