BMW Livelihood for Youth Initiative

We believe young people need a sound education to be able to make their way in the world. That is why we promote education in MINT subjects worldwide, especially in areas with limited access to schooling. All children should have the opportunity for a proper education – regardless of where they live and grow up. Our supplementary programs help children discover the sciences and pave the way for a promising career. The BMW Group program supports quality education in schools and helps boys and girls strengthen their individual skills.
The Livelihood for Youth initiative currently supports around 400 young people. The program teaches them basic computer skills, as well as English, and helps them realize their job potential. Participants are also assigned a mentor who helps them find ways they can earn a secure living.
