On July 3rd, 2025, Berlin hosted the Berlin Demo Day, a flagship event where Latin American innovators in deeptech and biotechnology presented their cutting-edge solutions to European investors, industry leaders, and ecosystem stakeholders.

Organized by Yaku Partners and The Ganesha Lab, with the support of CORFO (Chile’s economic development agency), CMPC, Glocal My, and 2811, the event was part of the broader Go Europe Connect Immersion Weeks program.

The day began with a panel discussion exploring the impact of innovation ecosystems and the importance of corporate-startup collaboration. The keynote lecture, titled “Deeptech from Latin America to Germany,” highlighted the success stories of Chilean startups entering the German market.

The afternoon was dedicated to startup pitch sessions, featuring 10 Latin American companies showcasing their projects and technologies to expert panels. The event concluded with a networking session aimed at fostering partnerships and investment opportunities between startups, investors, and key ecosystem players.

Berlin Demo Day underscores the growing interest in Latin American deeptech and biotech startups and reinforces Berlin’s role as a strategic bridge connecting Latin America and Europe for innovation and entrepreneurship.
