On the evening of September 30, the Embassy of Mexico in Germany celebrated the 25th anniversary of its building with a special concert by acclaimed Mexican artists Horacio Franco and Daniel Ortega, in collaboration with the Kulturinstitut von Mexiko. The event gathered members of the Mexican, German and international communities to commemorate a quarter century of cultural diplomacy, creativity and friendship between both nations.

The celebration took on a particularly meaningful dimension with the presence of architect Francisco Serrano, one of the creative minds behind the Embassy’s architectural design. His participation underscored the building’s importance not only as a diplomatic space, but also as a symbol of Mexico’s artistic and cultural vision abroad.

Throughout the evening, Horacio Franco, one of Mexico’s most distinguished flutists, and Daniel Ortega, an exceptional pianist and composer, offered a masterful performance that filled the Embassy’s halls with music.

The 25th anniversary celebration not only honored the architectural beauty of the Embassy building but also reaffirmed its role as a living space for dialogue, culture, and community — a home where art continues to unite people and expand horizons, twenty-five years after its foundation.
