For a few hours US Embassy has finished its preparations for joining one of the most important events for celebrating and claiming the rights to homosexuality and policies that affirm diversity, the Christopher Street Day. The event takes place on Saturday 27, 2019 and it is expected around one million people are for probably the biggest event of the year in Berlin.

For thirty years, exactly since 1979 by its first CSD parade in Berlin and Bremen, in Germany one commemorates the first major homosexual demonstration against violent police intervention in Greenwich Village, New York on June 27, 1969. The parade, as festive commemoration with the aim of celebrating and claiming the rights to homosexuality and policies that affirm diversity, is going to be the biggest demonstration since the fall of the wall.

The American Embassy is going to support the rights of homosexual people in the route from Kurfürstendamm in the City-West, where a train of 98 vehicles and 41 groups of feet will move to the Brandenburg Gate. Under the motto "Stonewall 50 - Every revolt starts with your voice!", for 41st time Berlin and all the Embassies are going to give a great contribute to such important event.
