Biography

Date and place of birth:
28 July 1972, Zadar

Education:
1991 completed Grammar School in Banjaluka
2004 graduated from the Faculty of Economy in Banjaluka, ongoing postgraduate studies - Department of Global Markets and the European Union at the Faculty of Economy in Banjaluka

Political engagement:
since 1999 member of the Party of Democratic Progress (PDP)
2001 – 2004 spokesperson of the Party of Democratic Progress
2005 appointed Executive Director of PDP
2009 elected as PDP Secretary for International Relations
since 2011 Secretary General of the Party of Democratic Progress
He acted as head of PDPžs election headquarters during three election cycles.

Professional career:
1990s worked as journalist, anchor, producer and radio editor and wrote for numerous printed media
1996 – 1998 correspondent of the Voice of America from Banjaluka
2000 – 2004 Head of PDP Caucus at the City Assembly of Banjaluka
2006 member of the European Integration Committee of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska
2007 – 2009 Deputy Minister of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, responsible for international cooperation Chairman of the BiH NATO Coordination Team
March 31st, 2015 appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina
