Bharatanatyam is an Indian classical dance technique which originated in the Hindu temples in in Tamil Nadu and neighbouring areas of the Southern India. Dr. Saroja Vaidyanathan, one of the most prominent Bharatanatyam exponents, who dedicated her life to the development of this ancient art genre, is coming to Berlin on June 25, 2019 to showcase the classic South Indian dance along with her two talented students.
The event will take place at the Tagore Centre, Tiergartenstraße 17, 10785 Berlin. The event is free.
