The Ambassador
Maria Ubach Font
Amb. Mrs Maria Ubach Font, Permanent Representative of the Principality of Andorra to the OPCW, presented her credentials to the Director-General on November 11th, 2015. She is Ambassador of the Principality of Andorra to the European Union, the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Federal Republic of Germany. She studied at the University of Sorbonne in Paris from 1994 to 1997. She has an MA in International Relations and Foreign Action. From October 2006 to September 2011 she has been the Director of Multilateral Affairs and Cooperation in Andorra, and she served as the Ambassador of Andorra in France. Since there is not an Embassy of Andorra in Berlin, the one based in Belgium undertakes also relationships with Germany, along with the Benelux foreign representation.
